Learn JavaScript programming by creating your own card game with Codecademy

JavaScript is a programming language that makes web pages interactive. If HTML provides the “bones” of a web page, and CSS provides the styling and “skin,” Jacascript is like the nervous system. It can respond to inputs from the user and change elements on the page in response.

In this project you will learn the basic concepts of JavaScript with Codecademy. You’ll learn about JavaScript fundamentals like variables, functions and conditionals to create your first game, remixing the card game Blackjack to get you started.
